Linwood Wise
Owner
With over 20 years of comprehensive experience in the security field, Linwood Wise Jr. brings a strong foundation in both public and private sector security operations. His career began with the Department of Corrections, where he managed high-risk environments ranging from Level 5 maximum-security facilities to Level 4 minimum-security probation and parole operations.
Linwood has also served in federal armed security roles, providing protection and enforcement services for key government agencies, including the Department of Justice and the Department of Health and Human Services. His expertise spans institutional security, access control, risk mitigation, and incident response in high-stakes environments.
Known for his professionalism, discipline, and commitment to safety, Linwood continues to leverage his extensive background to protect personnel, property, and sensitive government infrastructure.
Gian Alfeo
Training Coordinator
With 14 years of distinguished service in the U.S. Military Police, rising to the rank of Sergeant (E-5), I developed a strong foundation in leadership, law enforcement, and tactical security operations. Building on that experience, I transitioned into private security and federal law enforcement, where I have served for the past 24 years. During this time, I advanced to the rank of Lieutenant, overseeing teams, managing critical operations, and upholding the highest standards of safety and compliance.
In addition to my operational experience, I hold multiple professional certifications, including Firearms and Firearms Instruction (2021) and Security Officer Training & Instruction (2025). These certifications reflect my commitment not only to field excellence but also to training and developing the next generation of security professionals.
